We are living longer but we have forgotten how to keep our bodies and out minds in good working order. As we get older our bodies start to lose muscle and without a conscious effort to stop your muscles waisting away you will inevitably the quality in your life.

This website is about maintaining or creating newly tuned bodies after we achieve the middle age milestone. Over40muscle.com is about building muscle to stay in shape, looking great, creating a healthy mind and inspiring others to do the same.

I started Over40muscle.com because I turned 40 and had what some would consider a middle age crisis, but what I consider an awakening.

The major health issue today is obesity and all the detrimental health problems which occur because we are stuffing more and more garbage into our bodies. As we get older we have a tendency to go through life expelling less energy as we did before we passed the middle age milestone.

If you are over 40 this website will help you keep what you had on the lower side of the big ‘4’ ‘0’ and it will help you create something new – it's an old cliche but its trues:  “it is never too late” to be the best you can be!"

Through strength training and bodybuilding anyone can build muscle, reverse the aging process and enjoy a better quality of life. Whether you want to use strength training to get back in shape, or compete as an over 40 bodybuilder, this website will help you get there. Through weight training and good nutrition you can enjoy the second half of your life and be a positive healthy role model for your community, friends, kids and grand kids.
